Since 1875, at Bebé we have had our own way of making jam, always with care.

We pamper the selection of fruit, dedicating time and care to choose seasonal fruit and only the most delicious varieties, so that the flavor of our jam is even better.

The April strawberry, sweet and with firm flesh; the Catherine peach, with excellent flavor; and of course the plum has to be Claudia, with its greater juiciness.

We also take care of the elaboration: we cook the fruit slowly and gently, without haste and at a lower temperature, to preserve all the essence of the fruit, and to give it a taste and texture of another time.

This is our way of making jam. Because, although pampering is not a taste, it makes everything taste better.
